from southern direction:
Follow motorway A 143 to exit »Halle-Neustadt / Halle-Zentrum«. Afterwards approximately 8 km on the B 80 in the direction of Halle, to  Rennbahnkreuz. At the city entrance, use the left lane to drive straight on from B 80 towards »Kröllwitz / Universität«. Follow this road until the next traffic light crossing.

At this crossing turn left into Blücherstraße direction »TGZ III / Finanzamt«. Follow the road for about 600 meters. Then turn right into Otto-Eißfeldt-Straße and follow the road to the Fraunhofer CSP building.

from northern direction:
(motorway A9, A14) leave the A9 at the exit Halle, the A14 at the exit »Halle-Peißen«, follow the signs to »Zentrum« and »Halle-Neustadt/Eisleben (Riebeckplatz)«, leave the street after crossing the bridge over river »Saale« at the exit »Gimritzer Damm« and follow the signs to »Magdeburg/Klinikum Kröllwitz/Universität (Weinbergweg)« until the next traffic light crossing.

At this crossing turn left into Blücherstraße direction »TGZ III / Finanzamt«. Follow the road for about 600 meters. Then turn right into Otto-Eißfeldt-Straße and follow the road to the Fraunhofer CSP building.

Take the train to Halle (Saale) main station. From the stops Hauptbahnhof or Riebeckplatz take streetcar line 2 in the direction of Kröllwitz, get off at the stop "Weinberg Campus" (the stop before is called Gimritzer Damm). Journey time about 20 minutes.
Continue walking along Walter-Hülse-Straße, turn left into Heinrich-Damerow-Straße, then keep slightly to the right and walk straight ahead through the courtyard of TGZ 3. Leave the courtyard via a door, continue straight ahead and take a gravel path to the Fraunhofer CSP site. Walk around the institute building via the parking lot to reach the main entrance. (approx. 8 min).

Leipzig/Halle airport, from there you can catch a suburban train every 30 minutes to main station Halle. Trip takes about 15 minutes.
